booking info

Booking appointments:
-All colour and perm services must be booked by contacting the salon to ensure the adequate amount of time is booked.
-A deposit for up to 50% of the estimated service cost may be required prior to booking your appointment. 
-A reminder text will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment.  Please update your number on file if you are not receiving texts.
-All online bookings are subject to changes. If changes must be made, we will be sure to contact you in a timely manner.
-Some stylists and services are not available for online booking, so please contact the salon if you have any questions or can not find what you are looking for.
Pricing:
-Prices are based on length and texture of hair, product used, time the service takes, and the level of stylist performing the service.
-Please use the services menu as a guide, not a definitive price quote. Quotes are available upon consultation.
Cancellations:
-Although we understand that life happens, missed appointments cause a lull in our schedules that may not be filled without ample notice.  We ask for 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment to give your stylist a chance to fill your spot.
-Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service amount or the forfeit of your deposit.  This fee will be used to compensate your stylist for lost wages due to missed bookings. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our stylists time.
