Can't book a service online?

All colour and perm services MUST be booked by contacting the salon directly. This is to ensure the adequate amount of time is booked.

What should I know before booking online?

Accepted Answer

All online bookings are requests and subject to changes. If changes must be made, we will contact you in a timely manner. A confirmation text will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment, so be sure that your contact information is up to date in your file.
 
Some stylists and services are not available for online booking. If you have any questions, or can't find what you're looking for, please contact the salon directly by calling (780) 438 - 5568 during business hours.

How do you price your services?

Prices are based on your length of hair, its texture, the level of stylist performing the service, and how long it takes.
The services menu is meant as a guide, not a definitive pricing quote. 
Quotes are available with a consultation.

Question 4

Why do I need to leave a deposit?

Accepted Answer

A deposit for up to 50% of the estimated service cost may be required prior to booking your appointment. This will be used towards the final cost of the service or to compensate your stylist for any late cancellations or missed appointments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This is to give your stylist a chance to fill your spot with another appointment.
Failure to contact us 72 hours prior may result in a charge up to 50% of the service amount or a forfeit of your deposit. This fee will be used to compensate your stylist for any lost wages due to missed bookings.
