All online bookings are requests and subject to changes. If changes must be made, we will contact you in a timely manner. A confirmation text will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment, so be sure that your contact information is up to date in your file.
Some stylists and services are not available for online booking. If you have any questions, or can't find what you're looking for, please contact the salon directly by calling (780) 438 - 5568 during business hours.
We ask for 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This is to give your stylist a chance to fill your spot with another appointment.
Failure to contact us 72 hours prior may result in a charge up to 50% of the service amount or a forfeit of your deposit. This fee will be used to compensate your stylist for any lost wages due to missed bookings.
